We are currently looking for a Store Administrative Assistant for our new store located in Heartland Town Center. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Administrative Assistant performs various reception and administrative tasks.

Here is what a working day looks like for the Store Administrative Assistant at MUST:

Welcoming customers with your greatest smile and providing exceptional customer service;

Reception and identification of calls, analysis of the request and referral to the appropriate individual, department or service;

Processing telephone inquiries;
-
Various administrative tasks: closing cash registers, following up customer files, etc.;

Working closely with the Sales manager: Various administrative tasks at the request of store management.

Being a great teammate and assisting Sales Consultant: Preparation of contracts for the Sales team as needed.
You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills:

You have a solid background in customer service;

You have a strong sense of work organization and demonstrate autonomy and dynamism;

You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office suite software;

You know the importance of discretion and have an eye for detail;

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
