Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Parts Technician is responsible for providing support to the Shop by ensuring parts are received, sorted and tracked in a timely fashion.
About the position:

Ordering, receiving, tracking and maintaining parts inventory in TMT, our maintenance system
-
Producing and processing purchase orders and all relevant paperwork
-
Maintaining Inventory Control System with in-house data base
-
Maintaining an organized, clean and safe parts area
-
Other duties supporting Fleet Services
What you bring:
-
Journey Parts Person or experience in this field is required
-
Knowledge of tractor and trailer parts is an asset
-
Purchasing experience would be a definite asset
-
TMT experience an asset
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision
-
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
