We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Odoo Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Odoo system, and ensure successful implementation and integration.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Odoo implementation project.
Design and configure the Odoo system to meet client's specific business needs, including modules such as sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, HR, and CRM.
Customize and develop new functionalities, workflows, and reports within the Odoo platform using Python programming and Odoo framework.
Conduct thorough testing of the Odoo system to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues or bugs identified.
Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the Odoo system and provide ongoing support as needed.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful implementation and integration of the Odoo system with existing systems or third-party applications.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices for Odoo configuration, implementation, and system optimization.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, functionalities, and industry trends to continuously improve implementation processes and client satisfaction.
Document project progress, configurations, and customizations to maintain accurate project records and knowledgebase.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Odoo implementation or ERP systems would be a plus.
Proven experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP system, including configuring various modules, workflows, and reports.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with the Odoo framework for custom development.
In-depth understanding of business processes across different domains, such as sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, HR, and CRM.
Proficient in conducting business requirements analysis and translating them into technical solutions within the Odoo system.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, project teams, and end-users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.
Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Prior experience working with international clients and remote teams would be advantageous.
