BLS International Services is hiring for Office Administrator.
Type: Part Time (20 to 25 hours / week)
Days: Mon - Fri
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
· Performing Onboarding and Off boarding activities for employees
· Keeping track of employee attendance/ leaves/ Vacation Pay / OT Etc.
· HR databases management and Payroll management
· Organizing and coordinating personnel records including requesting and reviewing documentation
· MIS Management, Records & File management
· Performing Administrative functions (electronic file management, staff facility management)
· Monitor organization-wide compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations
· Assisting the HR manager with HR functions as directed
· Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors
- Computer savvy with working experience of Microsoft Office Suits.
- Hands on experience in updating/creating reports
- High level of attention to detail under stringent timelines
- Ms Excel adnavanced knowledge will be an asset
