The Business Development Sales Representative will report to the Sales Director to maximize sales growth through various associate programs aimed at our predominantly Independent Consulting clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively engage with provided leads of potential association members in the IT consulting sector who can benefit from our financial program.
- Deliver persuasive virtual presentations to our prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our financial program.
- Negotiate terms and close deals remotely, consistently overachieving high individual sales targets.
- Leverage your experience in sales or related fields, demonstrating your ability to succeed without any prior insurance or financial services experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using remote CRM tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of successful B2B or B2C sales, regardless of industry, showcasing your ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Excellent virtual communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-stress and highly competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using remote communication tools, CRM software, and sales platforms.
- Participated in competitive sports at an elite level, is an asset.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Understanding of the consulting industry and its unique challenges, trends, and opportunities is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a remote sales environment is a plus.
