Human Resources Coordinator

We are excited to offer this rare opportunity to be part of our human resources team as a human resources coordinator for the best of the best. We are looking for passionate, driven and a highly skilled individual who are willing to work closely with our firm to deliver the best results
Responsibilities:
- Recruit all positions for clients as needed
- Main point of contact for multiple clients and liaison between client and firm
- Consult with the marketing team for necessary information
- Administration of health and benefits plan
- Oversee administrative policies and procedures for the firm
- Train employees on development, policies and processes
- Promote an active workplace culture that includes championing equality and diversity
- Providing support to all employees in HR-Related topics for example: onboarding, benefits, vacation, questions, complaints and dispute resolution options
- Develop and maintain employee contracts and agreements
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in HR
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and development skills
- Familiar administrative skills
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
