As a Product Manager you can expect to:
- Maintain the product roadmap: write user stories, work with the engineering team on task priority and requirements gathering, develop documentation, and maintain project management tools, tickets, and sprint schedules
- Organize product marketing: collect user feedback, conduct market research, and coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams to communicate product development
- Measure and analyze product performance: collect and analyze data, track KPIs, and build dashboards
- Grow and maintain knowledge of the travel industry and awareness of technology trends
- Develop and maintain various design files: produce and test prototypes, modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences, and develop general designs to support company operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Working technical and business experience
- 4+ years experience professional experience, with 2 years in a similar product role
- Knowledge of APIs, UI/UX, product positioning, SaaS business models
- Commitment to continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with design programs (Figma, Adobe, etc) - Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, visual design, interaction design, etc

Location
Trip Ninja is based in Halifax, Canada and we will be prioritizing candidates in the following cities: Toronto, London, Ottawa, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Calgary.
