Duties:
- Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables
- Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital format
- Assist with general clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately transcribe information
- Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
