In order to give our solutions a clear and compelling voice while achieving our business targets, we are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Platform Team who will help develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for acquiring new customers.
You will need to be adept at building and telling a relevant and strategic narrative through the lens of customer personas and stories. You will need to be a trusted, credible partner with multiple internal stakeholders to align pipeline growth with customer and partner needs, enable customer- and partner-facing teams, and position successfully against the competition.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Alliances to develop personas, market insights and competitive intelligence for Website, Workplace, CIO and Knowledge Management use cases.
- Develop and deliver compelling go-to-market solution messaging and benefits at webinars and industry events that lead to Coveo's differentiators and truly resonate with our target customers (i.e. put ourselves in our buyer's shoes).
- Collaborate with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to ensure integrated, market-tuned programs are building the pipeline with the right messaging for our different audiences.
- Deliver impactful customer-facing assets and collateral that support our key solution messages, products, and capabilities.
- Deliver sales, BD, customer success and partner enablement sessions and materials to help with new customer acquisition, expansion and sales conversions.
- Maintain an ongoing feedback loop by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, analyst insights and market data to inform our product strategy and roadmap.
- Keep an eye on key competition as well as conduct win-loss analysis to understand what our strengths and weaknesses are
- Manage the creation of a wide variety of high-impact marketing collateral and compelling content including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, videos, thought leadership and more.

Here's what we're looking for:
- B2B software product marketing experience.
- Experience driving the go-to-market strategy with product management, launching products, digital and content marketing, sales and others.
- Be able to distill highly technical concepts into persuasive marketing content for diverse audiences.Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders will certainly help with that!
- Agile and adaptable that can context switch to cover numerous buyers/personas under our purview including CIO, Heads of Digital, Digital Workplace Leaders, Knowledge Managers, etc.
- Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams, especially with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Willing to travel 25% of the time.
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience at an enterprise technology company, particularly in search, content management, document management is a bonus!
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe or Sitecore strong plus.
