- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points related to their epoxy coating project. Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to inquiries and concerns.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify, target, and pursue potential clients within the assigned territory or market segment. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and applications of our epoxy products. Communicate product specifications, usage guidelines, and technical information to customers effectively.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the advantages of our epoxy products over competitors. Address client questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams to help improve our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and opportunities, using the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project managers, and office management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster a team-oriented work environment.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Quality Assurance Management: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure that the epoxy products meet the client's specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to verify that the products adhere to the agreed-upon requirements. Address any production-related concerns or issues promptly and work with the production team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Client Feedback Management: Actively seek feedback from clients during and after project completion to gauge their satisfaction with the overall service experience. Compile and analyze client feedback and share relevant insights with the production and management teams. Utilize client feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the quality of products and services offered by the company. Maintain open and constructive communication channels with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed, and their feedback is valued and acted upon to further strengthen the client-company relationship.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the epoxy industry (or related field).
- Strong knowledge of epoxy products and applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle, which will be used to attend client meetings.
- Full G License.
Compensation: This position offers a commission-based structure, allowing you to earn based on your performance. The more sales you close, the higher your earnings potential.
