RPC is seeking a part-time receptionist/administrative specialist to join our team to provide daily relief coverage for our
receptionist and assist with day-to-day administrative activities in the accounting group.
Working with the accounting and administrative team, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and
Administration. This is a permanent casual position.
Hours of work are expected to be 10 – 2:15 daily and be available to cover vacation and sick days, offering a combination of
reception coverage – answering and directing phone inquiries, greeting, and assisting walk-ins, processing sale transactions, etc.
as well as office administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Processing water samples/ other samples for cash sale clients
- Take payment for clients
- Provide basic information to clients
- Organize/ prep ingoing and outgoing mail for the company
- Answer and forward phone calls
- General clerical duties
• The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing, organized, have strong time management skills, demonstrate
flexibility and a willingness to learn, possess a customer-service mindset, and work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist/customer service role.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual, French and English, verbal/spoken.
This is a permanent part time position with hours of work being 10am-2:15pm pm Monday thru Friday. Pay range is $15 - $17/
hour, depending on experience. Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 will be required within 28 days of employment.
