Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, conducting performance reviews and driving production and performance management.
2. Take ownership of team KPI and individual KPI.
3. Manage the full cycle recruiting process for internal needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Work with different departments to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions.
5. Cultivate and maintain a strong working relationship with senior management team and business leaders to understand the business units, facilitate workforce planning strategies, and create a partnership that ensures a fast and simple hiring process.
6. Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flows and pipelines to meet overall recruiting goals.
7. Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and drive the offer process.
8. Support training for staffing activities such as interview skills, pre-assessment tools, etc.
9. Work as a mentor and ensure the best practice implementation.
10. Complete other tasks that are assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 1 year of team management experience, within a team group size of no less than 3.
- Strong Interpersonal communication skill and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with all hiring managers and candidates.
- Exceptional ability to stay organized, communicate, interview, and have a passion for finding exceptional candidates.
- Be capable of project management, influencing, and tackling difficulty.
- Education: Bachelor's and above (Required)
- Location: Canada, currently working from home during COVID-19
