Duties Include:
- Lead the development of all BOH Employees
- Weekly reporting (Revenues, COG’s, Labour, and all other Contribution Margin factors)
- Weekly Inventory
- Operations
- Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
- Approachable & Kind
