As a Sales Representative at Allcard Packaging you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base by promoting and selling Allcards’ product to businesses across various industries.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities, generating leads through various networks and channels.
- Develop strategies to acquire, set-up meetings and deliver persuasive presentations of products and services. Provide expert advice on packaging design, materials, sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the overall account for existing customers, building a strong, long-term relationship.
- Establish rapport and credibility with potential customers to gain their trust and confidence.
- Customize proposals and negotiate terms/pricing to deliver mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments, while using market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of changing customer preferences.
Allcard Packaging is seeking an individual who has/is:
- Proven experience as a sales executive
- A strong understanding of paper-based packaging materials, manufacturing processes and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently
- Degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred
