Perform soldering in accordance with work procedures, drawings, and schematic standards and requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solder wires and connectors
- Assemble cables, components & electronic wire harnesses
- Crimp and Hand Solder components and cables
- Read and interpret assembly drawings & production documents
- Perform repair work on cable assemblies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in hand soldering, preferable in the cable/harness assembly industry.
- Good hand to eye co-ordination
- Close attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Able to read plans and BOMs
- Attention to detail a must
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities
- Be consistent and reliable
