Spoonity is a leading provider of white-label loyalty and gift card solutions for mid market hospitality businesses (restaurants, retailers, hotels). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and success of our platform.
As the Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure that our product roadmap aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with Spoonity's business goals and meet the needs of our clients
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features and enhancements
- Manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders, including sales and customer support teams
- Define and track key performance metrics for our products, and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management, and apply them to our product development processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Experience working in an agile development environment
